Blaise Zimmer is a financial planner who initiated and crafted the concept for Physicians Financial Design - a financial planning program designed specifically for young physicians. As the husband of a physician, he has seen firsthand many of the aspects that directly affect physicians’ financial wellness. From the applications to med school all the way through signing that first Attending’s contract, he has experienced the process and knows what makes young doctors tick. Somewhere along the way, it became apparent that many physicians need special support to help them realize their financial goals, but most advisors do not completely understand the financial challenges that physicians face. Based on these observations, Blaise started to craft the concept of Physicians Financial Design with a solitary purpose in mind – to strive to give physicians peace of mind by helping them manage and achieve their financial objectives.
